It is paramount that individuals attending this course have prior learning and experience in healthcare. In particular, the “practical elements” of the course are not suitable for individuals without prior learning or competence.
The modules on a Mandatory Training Course are compact, containing just the right amount of information to refresh the individuals’ previous knowledge. All individuals’ on Mandatory Training Courses need to declare their professional background.
