12 months – after 12 months you are required to renew your certificate on one of our renewal training programmes.

If you booked yourself onto the wrong course and you are looking to change the type of your Mandatory Training Course, you will need to cancel your current booking so we can issue refund (cancellation policy applies).

You can cancel your place with full refund if there are at least 2 working days left prior to your original training date.

Unfortunately not. We are unable to swap an individual booking to another person

There is no dress code but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Please consider your choice of clothing if you are to take part in any practical training.

Water, teas and coffees will be provided. Enjoy your training day!

All our training courses start at 9:30am (registration opens at 9am) and we allow an extra half an hour for later arrivals so everyone would have a better chance of joining the class.

In order to be able to provide you with the best training and issue a certificate, we must ensure that you haven’t missed too much of a course content. For this reason, we have a very strict 10am shut door policy.

It is up to the discretion of the trainer but if anyone returns late from a break they might not be able to continue their training.

All digital certificates for classroom courses would be available to download via email within 24 hours
